Our signature 3 bean chipotle burger patty is so moist and flavourful. The spices, cilantro and lemon zest gives this patty a unique zing which keeps lingering in the palate for quite some time actually. The beans make the patty so hearty and wholesome, and provide good amount of protein. The corn gives it a sweet taste and a creamy texture. All the ingredients are so fresh and healthy. The patty does not contain breadcrumbs or any food additives that you see in other burger patties bought from supermarkets.

It's time to make it yourself! See the ingredients and the instructions below to make this beauty and impress your friends and family.
You will need 1 pack of the Plantastic 3 bean chipotle burgers. Get yours from our online store
Ingredients for the topping

1 cup arugula
-
2 sliced jalapenos
-
1 large onion cut in rounds
-
1 large tomato cut in rounds
Ingredients for the burger sauce:

1/2 cup vegan mayo
-
1 tsp chipotle powder
-
Optional - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce or hot sauce of your choice
And of course, get some nice burger buns. We got ourselves 100% whole wheat ones.
Instructions:
For the patty:
Place a skillet on medium heat and add 1-2 tsp of oil. When the oil is hot, place the frozen patty and cook for 4-5 minutes per side. Keep checking in between to avoid burning.
Onions: Cook the onions in the same ppan as the burgers un til they are slightly browned.
For the sauce: Mix the mayo, chipotle powder and hot sauce thoroughly. Your sauce is ready.
Burger assembly

Take the bottom half of the bun, generously add the sauce and spread it even.

Place the patty on the bun

Add the onion, tomato and arugula on top of the patty

If you want the burger to be more saucy, add some more sauce on top

Close the burger with the top half of the bun and enjoy!
