A sauce couldn't get any better than this! This flavour bomb is hand-crafted with white miso, mustard, paprika and a touch of maple syrup giving it a deep umami flavour, and a touch of smokiness. This is a supremely versatile sauce and can be used for stir-frying, in soups, as a marinade, on burgers, as a salad dressing or just as a dip with veggies or your favourite crackers.
Our personal favourite way of using this is to marinate tofu for use in our homemade Bahn Mi sandwich!
